How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NinetyRise → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing.

I bought a subscription but the app still asks me to subscribe.

Open the subscription screen and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I export my data?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account and data → Export data. You get all your data as a file.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account and data → Delete account. All your data, including photos, is deleted permanently. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple ID settings.
